Stand Up Paddle tour regulations

 

  1. You must pay for your participation in the stand up paddle tour in accordance with the price list.
  2. All participants are obliged to wear life jackets (provided by the rental service).
  3. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed to take part in the trip.
  4. Minors may participate only under the supervision of a guardian, i.e. an adult. An adult guardian bears full responsibility, including financial responsibility, for the minor, his/her behaviour and any damage caused by him/her.

Rental Regulations

  1. Stand up paddle equipment is rented only after the user signs a rental agreement. By signing the contract the user confirms that he is familiar with the terms and conditions and takes full financial responsibility for the equipment rented.

  2. Equipment not returned on time will be charged an additional fee in accordance with the price list.

  3. The rental company may refuse to provide the service, especially if the customer is unreliable or under the influence of alcohol.

  4. There is a possibility to book the equipment on conditions agreed individually with Gdansk by SUP, however it applies only for organised groups and for longer rental periods.

  5. Water equipment (SUP board) is rented together with a life jacket, a paddle and a leash (safety line).

  6. The user declares to possess swimming skills and knowledge of water traffic regulations.

  7. Gdańsk by SUP does not bear any responsibility for the behaviour of the participants during the class, while using the rented equipment, during participation in the stand up paddle tour or in any other situation. Gdansk by SUP will not take charge of any damage caused to the equipment or other persons.
